Studio Policies

Grip Socks Required- Salt Pilates Studio requires all clients to wear grip socks during class for both safety and hygiene. Grip socks may be purchased at our studio, if you do not have your own.

 

Studio Entry- We ask clients to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Clients who arrive 10 minutes late will not be able to participate in that class. Your spot may be given up to another client, who may be waitlisted.

 

Cancelation Policy- Salt Pilates Studio requires a 12 Hour cancelation notice to allow enough time for waitlisted clients to join a class. Clients who do not cancel 12 hours before will be charged a $15 cancelation fee. Clients who do a no-show for a scheduled class will lose their class and be charged a $20 no-show fee.

 

Courtesy Policy- Please always be kind and respectful to others and the studio. Cell phones must be on silent during class. If a call must be taken during class, clients are asked to step outside the studio to do so. When arriving at our studio, please be quiet and courteous while the current class is still in session. At Salt Pilates Studio, we take great pride in keeping our studio spotless and clean. Please always be sure to clean up after yourself and wipe down all your equipment with a provided wipe after each class.

 

Safety- Your safety and well-being are always our top priority at Salt Pilates Studio. If you are ever feeling unwell or if something feels too challenging or just not right, do not ever feel obligated to perform an exercise. We want you to know you are always in a safe space at our studio.

 

Lost or Stolen Items- Salt Pilates Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend clients only bring items that are needed in the studio. However, if valuable items must be brought, it is encouraged to use the conveniently located lockers within our facility. If you choose to do so, please bring your own lock.

Package Policy- Packages are sold to individual clients and cannot be shared with another client.

 

Refund Policy- All sales are final. There are no refunds. However, you may gift your remaining sessions to another client.
