Free Demo:
Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced, at Salt Pilates Studio, we want our clients to feel both comfortable and familiar with the studio and equipment before they take a class. Therefore, we offer a FREE Demo class to achieve this by getting to know our clients and any questions or concerns they may have before taking their first official class.
Flow 1:
Reformer Flow 1 teaches the fundamentals of Pilates. You will learn proper techniques, the equipment and importance of Lateral Breathing.
Flow 1.5:
Reformer Flow 1.5 is for those looking to take their Pilates experience to the next level. In this class you will be introduced to the Springboard, Barre, Bosu and other specialized Pilates equipment.
Cardio:
In addition to classic Pilates equipment, such as the Jumpboard, at Salt Pilates Studio we introduce the Cardio Cloud. This fun, high-energy class will get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Cardio is a class that even when you love it, you will hate it and when you hate it you will love it
Stability:
Stability focuses on the importance of Balance and Control, while using the Bosu, Mini Ball, Ring and other Pilates equipment.
Lunch Crunch:
Come get your workout done during your lunch break. This Level 1.5 Class will let you leave feeling ready to power through the rest of your day!
Refocus:
Refocus is a midafternoon All-Levels class. Whether you had an early morning or a late start to your day, come to SPS to Refocus midday. You will leave Salt feeling ready to take on the second half of the day! (..or at least we hope so. If not, at least you got your work out over with)
Barre:
After warming up on the Reformer, we will head over to the Barre to intensify our workout. Don’t doubt those little baby movements. You will be sure to feel the burn at and after the Barre.
Unwind:
No matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advance, Unwind has become a client favorite. The importance of stretching is emphasized through the utilization of The Chirp Wheel and Restcloud. Everyone knows the benefits of stretching yet no one does it enough. So why not do it in a candlelit setting with acoustic music? Duh.
